Liam Madden has over 15 years of experience in legal practice. He is a lawyer with a unique blend of private practice, litigation and in-house experience. In private practice he was able to tackle complicated and contentious matters with an eye to achieving commercially advantageous and relevant outcomes for his clients. Since moving in-house, he has applied that same commercial focus to ensuring that the businesses he has worked with are able to operate successfully in highly regulated environments across the different jurisdictions in Asia, including Japan.
